Portland Monthly Winter 2022 Gift Guide

In the winter of 2022 I worked with the Portland Monthly staff to curate the 2022 gift guide. We focused on four categories: little things, food, travel, and home. My role included curating items for the little things and home categories. I made it a point to only source products for the list that were made locally or could be purchased locally. I was also tasked with coming up with the concept for the look and feel of the photoshoot as well as gathering props and styling on set. I chose satin fabrics to evoke a shiny new gift feeling and I decided to create horizontal scenes that span a two-page spread to create a whimsical landscape for each category.
